Tonight the MS and HS cross country teams travelled to Rosholt for the CWC Conference Meet. Everyone ran well on the flat course. Six of the Penguins set new PRs and one Penguin placed 18th taking Honorable Mention! It was a successful night for the teams. Sydney and Wyatt both ran in the two-mile MS race. Sydney Peck ran it in a time of 14 minutes 00.76 seconds, a new PR by 50.24 seconds. Wyatt Howard ran it with a time of 13 minutes 34.92 seconds, a new PR by 1 minute 40.08 seconds. Congratulations Sydney and Wyatt! Everyone in HS ran in the Varsity races (3.1 miles). The top seven varsity runners per gender received 1st Team All Conference, the next seven received 2nd Team All Conference, and the next seven received Honorable Mention. Zoriah Mills ran her race in a time of 22 minutes 21.07 seconds, a new PR by 24.93 seconds. Zoriah also placed 18th, and received Honorable Mention. Congratulations Zoriah! Sarah Hicks ran it in 24 minutes 23.09 seconds, a new PR by 0.21 seconds. Tessa Macik-Smith ran the race in 25 minutes 17.04 seconds, also a new PR by 29.96 seconds. Addison Peck ran the race in 29 minutes 53.58 seconds. Emily Bohn ran the race with a time of 31 minutes 25.34 seconds, a new PR by 50.34 seconds. Congratulations Emily! Angelina started the race and was going strong, but due to breathing issues decided to listen to her body and stop. Great work Penguins! Special shout-out to Alexis Eckman and Kaylee Goman, the managers, and Jacob Bacon for your help with mile splits and equipment. Thank you to our bus driver and to all the parents and Mr. Delikowski who came out to support the team. We greatly appreciate it! Good morning everyone! Today is the CWC Conference Cross Country Meet, and it will be taking place at Rosholt High School. The course will begin in the area behind the Dollar General and finish on the track. Please come out to support the MS and HS cross country teams today. MS Girls run @ 4 P.M., MS Boys run @ 4:25 P.M., HS girls run @ 4:50 P.M., & HS Boys run @ 5:30 P.M. Awards will follow after the last race. There is construction in Rosholt so please allow yourself extra time to get there. The Penguins would love to have our fans there supporting us! Thank you!

JV Football Tonight
The Lady Penguins went 3-1 on the day at the Divin' in the Dells tournament. They took 3rd out of eight division 2 and 3 teams with their only loss to Ripon, a Division 2 school. They are now 23-7 overall and 4-1 in conference. Way to go Lady Penguins!

Tonight the MS and HS cross country teams travelled to Weyauwega-Fremont. The MS runners had a two mile course. Sydney Peck set a new personal record of a time of 14 minutes 51 seconds. Congratulations Sydney! Wyatt Howard ran his race in 15 minutes 20 seconds. Great work! The HS girls ran in the varsity race (3.1 miles) and all did well. Zoriah Mills set a new personal record with a time of 22 minutes 46 seconds. Congratulations Zoey! Sarah Hicks had a time of 24 minutes 38 seconds.
